The All is Mind  conveys a personal philosophy that mankind and the earth are intrinsically connected, the human psyche being a product of almost 4000 million years of continuous evolution. In recent years this connection has been largely forgotten, we have become ‘anthropocentric’, using the earth as a mere resource for an ever expanding, increasingly materialistic population.

Eco-psychology is a psychological subfield that looks at the relationship between human beings and their environment, embracing a more revolutionary paradigm: just as Freud believed that neuroses were the consequences of dismissing deep rooted sexual and aggressive instincts, Eco-psychologists believe much of modern anxiety is the consequence of dismissing equally deep rooted ecological instincts.’ [1]
